Yes, he is one of my husband's favorites. We have an autographed album from the 1980's. My husband managed a Coffee House in Baltimore when he was in College and he got Chick Corea to play there, I wasn't there but my husband said it was a great show and he even got to hang out with him a bit.

Definitely. Armando Anthony "Chick" Corea (born June 12, 1941) is a multiple Grammy Award winning American jazz pianist/keyboardist and composer. He participated in the birth of the electric fusion movement when, in the sixties, he was a member of The Miles Davis' band. He is still best known for his work in jazz fusion in the 70's.

I love his music. My favorite albums are Light Years and Leprechaun (2 older albums). I actually saw him play a Mozart Concerto with the Charlotte Symphony and he improvised a jazz cadenza to it. Crazy stuff.
However, I do have issues with Scientology, and he is very much a Scientology advocate.
