Ava Elizabeth? My surname is Stevenson. So...
Ava Elizabeth Stevenson. What do you think? Cause I know some names don't fit together.
We can't call her 'The Baby' for the rest of her life hahaha.

Very pretty. It sort of sounds like a '40's movie star... :)
Plus with a name like Ava Elizabeth she can always chose to be called Elizabeth if she prefers and Stevenson is a pretty standard last name so Ava which is a little unique really dresses it up.
I think it's a very nice choice.
The only negative (and it's not really one) thing I can see is that as someone pointed out Ava Elizabeth Stevenson is a little long... but considering how little people actually use their middle name I don't think it's a real issue.

I love them together. I adore the name Elizabeth. It's so pretty. When I have my baby girl, we're planning on naming her Elizabeth or Elisabeth. Ava is cute, but it's so overused. I know at least 13 Ava's. I do love the name Eva though. It's my sister's name. But Ava Elizabeth is a nice name. I say go for it

Ava Elizabeth is a great name. Does Ava Elizabeth is too long for a baby girl. Well my name is long too "Franchine Kim T. Contreras". To write my name takes a lot of time. I think Ava Elise Stevenson is a nice name for your baby girl. And congrats!!

I think its great that you are thinking of a short first name. When your poor daughter goes into grade school shes going to get tired writing a very long name. Stevenson alone is 9 letters. Anyway, I think its cute, it sounds good together. Its unique and pretty I would go for it!

It flows well and sounds quite sophisticated. Ava is a beautiful name, the only problem with it that I can see is that it is becoming an incredibly popular name.
