having the VISION.
success comes to those who know that life is first born in thought, who seek the vision before the deed, and align the deed to the vision.
if you have a vision. you know where you'll be. and everything that you do will be for the achievement of that goal..^_^

I've been very lucky in life and very successful in my field of occupation. All I can say is, trust your insticts when making a decision. They're trere for a reason. You know a good decision when you see one, so don't be afraid to take a risk and shoot for the real prize, whatever it may be, (job, romance, even when to try a new take out joint.) Even if things don't work out exactly as you hoped, you'll be a richer person for the experience.

The ability to laugh at myself, and find the humor in most any situation. So many times we're too critical of ourselves and others, and it's often pointless. Remember your mistakes, learn from them, and move on.

Being as honest as possible, to myself & others. Being helpfull, smilling, meeting people. Trusting others despite the ratbags. Love for myself, my envioroment, people, plants & animals. Realising the worst stuff happens in your head.

Being honest with myself. I know the difference between what I want and what I need....the difference between what I feel like doing, and what I should do...and taking responsibilities for the judgement calls that don't work out.

For me it was three: awareness, love & compassion.
Without awareness, we cannot understand ourself or what we are doing. Without love, we remain trapped in our own selfishness. Without compassion, we are clueless about the real state of everyone around us (regardless if we love them or not).
Every success I have had revolves around these three qualities.
