No it won't, crossfire and SLI are incompatible technologies and there are no motherboards that support both.

But an aTi card will work just fine on an nVidia chipset motherboard, just that you won't ever be using crossfire between two cards.

Crossfire boards only help multi GPU setup with AMD / ATI Radeon playing cards because it incredibly is ATI/AMDs proprietary technologies. in case you opt to run distinctive Nvidia playing cards you go with an SLI motherboard. further you won't be able to run distinctive Radeon playing cards on an SLI board for a similar reason. purchase 2 ATI / AMD Radeon playing cards in case you opt to apply crossfire.
