If I am taking basic courses in highschool?

See, I didn't know what I really wanted to be until now and what really interests me is this career. However, it's my senior year already and I have only taken basic courses in my grade levels. I get A's most of the time...

Each school probably has their own prereqs. The hospital program that I went through requires these prerequisites:

Elementary Algebra
Intermediate Algebra
Human Anatomy/Physiology I
English Composition I
English Composition II
Speech Communication
Introduction to Political Science
Principles of Sociology
Microcomputer Applications

Additional courses recommended: Geometry, Medical Terminology, Physics, Psychology

You can find accredited schools here: http://arrt.org/index.html?content=http://www.arrt.org/nd/listOfSchools.ndm/listSchools&iframe=yes (choose "Radiography")

Check each school's website for their particular requirements.

FYI: The correct term is "radiologic technologist."
