I don't agree with anyone else. It might not be a name I would use personally, but I do like different/ underused names, and I think this one qualifies!
As for people that go on about the kid getting teased in school (as everyone does when you don't want to name your child Jacob, Aidan or Colin) - it doesn't matter what your name is, some little piece of crap kid will think of some way to turn it around. You can't worry about that too much....

I don`t like that.
Maybe Carter, Connor, Chester, Chandler.. Just some ideas that sound kind of similar.

why don't you just name him Wimpy and be done with it!!!! CUTLER is awful!!! please do not name your child after silverware and knives that is just awful really!!! i am sorry if you do not like my opinion but any kid stuck with that name would be abused his whole life for that pathetic excuse for a name!!! it is as bad as BLAZE or BLADE !!!!really how bad-a ss is your little boy going to be!!!! terrible idea!!!!

Sorry. Just reminds me of "cutlery" -- as in silverware -- or "cutter" (the term used to refer to individuals, often adolescents, who cut themselves in an effort to release or deal with certain emotional issues).

i think it is terrible and hilarious at the same time...dont name an innocent little baby that, they will be teased in school, and it'll be hard when they're an adult too
