So yeah, what does it mean to have a pure heart?
i.e. -- Like when someone says "You must be pure of heart."

Its a very simple way of saying something very complicated. Pure of Heart refers to being honest, believing in people, accepting them for what they are. Being truthful in all things you do......get it?

A perso who is "pure of heart" will do the hard things in life. The things we all talk about, aka helping others, charity work, anything that average people do. The only difference is that they do it for the right reasons. Not for appreciation, or reward, but simply for the knowledge that helping others is the right thing to do. A person pure of heart these days is a rare and humbling thing. If you find one, you have found a true miracle of God.

blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God - Matt 5:8. Since pure in heart is God's expectation for us we must find out from his word, according to his definition what It means to be pure in heart. If you are serious with God, you will know and you will be serious with his word, but if you just want to know and keep living with a defiled heart, it will be pointless. we will tell you what it is and what to do.

Purity means innocence; innocence means having no knowledge of the corruption of the world. Without that knowledge, you are pure of heart, the heart being a metaphor for mind. Someone with a pure heart is innocent and trusting.

Everytime you do something evil without redemption you add impurity to your heart. A pure heart is either untarnished by evil acts or fully redeemed of past acts.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative, if you have not both, you are not human and you are not God.

The heart of anything is its center, God/Goddess is the center of everything, knowing this, seeing this one is "pure of heart".
