"...50.0 to 500.mL 0.0375% w/w H2O2 solution over three hours..." i don't understand the language of chemistry!!!

mL = milliLiters. The small prefix means 'less than 1', and 1 mL = 1/1000 X 1L. As an aside, ML would be MegaLiters, which would make 1ML = 1000 X 1L
0.0375% means 0.0375/100 [units] of H2O2/(H2O2+water) solution. The w/w means that the %-age is determined on a weight/weight basis (ie .0375g H2O2 per 100g total solution). This is rather an odd way to do it; normally liquid solutions would be w/v (weight/volume) or v/v (volume/volume), but since I don't know what you're doing, I have to assume that there is a good reason for it.. Don't feel bad about the language problems - it's like learning any other foreign language, except you think you ought to know this one since the words look like words you know. That actually makes it tougher!
