I do! I think it has a lot to do with the season and also the time change. When we change the clocks back an hour we get less sunlight which is essential for "good moods". What I do this time of year is get those light bulbs that have UV rays, they are a little more expensive but are well worth it. You can find them at most home and garden stores and also pet stores have them. Keep them on until 8 p.m., try this for about three months, (you'll see results sooner)I think you will see that your mood will be better!

yes, but i wasn't in a great mood 3 seconds ago, either. i haven't been in a good mood in 3 years, 3 decades, maybe not even in the last 3 centuries.

i know that cheered you up.

Why 3 seconds ago? And I am depressed...extremely depressed since Monday and it only got worse today! My man of 5 years dumped me on Monday. Oh and he is the father of my 2 year old. Well I found out that while we was together he got some girls number and took her to da park at until 3 am and the girl says ain't sh*t happen but wtf. And there is so much more drama but I'm sure you dont' care so I'm not going to write it.

No, I can't say that I do. I guess everyone feels that way for one reason or another, from time to time. Try going to the jokes section for a laugh or call someone that can cheer you up. It's Friday create some fun.

Yes, ME! I'm normally a very happy person, but lately...
just been feeling so sad. I'm not happy where I live, so that makes me very sad. Lots of crying! I'm sorry you feel sad and depressed, it is a horrible feeling. God Bless!
