Because it is a highly addictive, harmful drug. Btw, it is actually legal by prescription; just not used very often in the 'cocaine' form.

Cocaine is illegal because it is dangerous to the health according to doctors.

You mean besides the fact that it is highly addictive, causing addicts to lie, cheat and steal to support their habits?

because it can cause people to do alot more crimes to support their drug habbit. such as stealing, robbing, and even killing
