Italian. I totally love pasta and the different types of sauces that they use. And even the desserts are rich and flavorful. And this is just my opinion: but Olive Garden is NOT true Italian food.

Korean, Japanese, Italian and Indian all have their high points. I have found indian is the most consistent though.
