Its really hard for me to choose a favorite because they are all so unique and contribute so much to the Red Sox.

I'll give you my top 4 favorites, though.

Mike Lowell played phenominally this past season. He plays the game how it should be played and he plays it well. I really hope he resigns with the Red Sox.

Jonathan Papelbon is a mindblowing closer and he's so fun to watch both on and off the field. His Riverdances were pretty comical as well.

Jacoby Ellsbury seems to be an entire package...he can hit, run and field very well! I predict he will be replace Coco Crisp in center field. I'm sure Ellsbury will be on the Sox for many seasons to come.

Dustin Pedroia proved to be an inspiring rookie who helped the team reach its World Series Championship. I really hope he earns Rookie of the Year.

I love them all, but I am a HUGE Coco Crisp fan. The way he played center this year was awesome. #3 in the web jems for his catches and #1 Golden retriever....Remy's!!
The other player that is not mentioned enough, and, who was a key player in the Sox winning the World Series Okajima.

Love them all!
Manny is a fun loving clown who is 12 at heart!
Papi is Papi!

Personally I like Pedroia! I'm 5'8 and 180lbs and couldn't imagine playing professional baseball! Pedroia isn't the most graceful, or naturally talented player but is a perfect fit in Boston. He is a great symbol of what the little guy can do with enough hard work!

Kevin Youkilis

great glove (golden one at best)
ever see how many pitches this guy sees in an at bat.

Papelbon is a close second
I mean the evil stare when he looks in would make me run never mind hit the ball.

Tough choice between Beckett and Papelbon. But I'd go with Pap. He's a dominant closer and a funny character.
