Previous posters have given lots of answers. It is important that your intake of these vitamins meets the recommended medical levels. But please get those vitamins in your food, drink and sunshine(!) rather than resorting to pills. Prolonged taking of quite a few types of vitamin pills can be dangerous. I have a sister who's a doctor and I agree with what she says - only take vitamin pills when directed to do so by your doctor.

There are many studies that show that if a person has cancer the vitamins will cause the cancer to grow. Cancer loves vitamins.
