Does anyone know how to find any producers/directors to audition for acts? If so please help. It would also do good if you told me how to locate him/her. But telling me about them is fine too.

Agents know that. There are trade papers that tell that. The question is are you ready to audition professionally? If you are, you would be better off trying to get an agent.
