Saints have a good chance this year actully.
If the saints can get through wild card game
Then manager to get through the giants, packers or cowboys in the divisional game.
then get through the giants, packers or cowboys in the NFC championship game.
then get through the Patriots, Colts, Steelers, or Jaguars in the super bowl.
Then yes maybe they can win the superbowl

Not in our lifetime. I live near New Orleans and I think the people around here having been waiting so long for the Saints to be in the Superbowl that it's like they don't even care any more. That team has been a disappointment for thirty years now. EDIT CORRECTION 40 years. Maybe after they move to San Antonio permanently, if they'll have them.

Are they ever going to get a defense to accompany their offense?

Until they start up a solid defense to back them up, they wont ever win the Super Bowl...Colts defense was horrible all of last year, but got Bob Sanders back in the playoffs, when they needed him, and suddenly they had a defense. Where is the guy on New Orleans' defense that can make them respectable? They need that guy, otherwise they are just great for fantasy football owners and putting on a show before a destined playoff defeat.

nicely, if I had to wager i could say that the group that wins the two 19 or 20 video games ;) In all seriousness, one element i admire with regard to the NFL is that often there are a pair of surprises each and every twelve months. that doesn't ensue as usually in different activities (ok, commonly in baseball) Now, who could i could like or like to win the super Bowl? The Patriots of path... bypass Pats!! (and that i do experience undesirable for the Packers, yet Moss or no Moss, there is not any way that they are going to win the super Bowl this twelve months)

The Saints will never win a Super Bowl, they will be one of those franchises that will get close but always comes up short.

As a matter of fact, I predicted them to go to the Super Bowl this year, but I had them losing to the Bills. Yes, eventually they will win one, but it might not be for a few years.

not with this current team.
the defense isnt that good.
deuce keeps getting hurt
reggie bush aint a true running back, more of a receiver stuck in a runningbacks body.
