After 2007, next championship i.e world cup shall be held not before 2011. I think neither you nor we can predict on that, because the game itself is full of uncertainties. If you are referring to any forthcoming mini-championship involving major teams of the cricketing world, we hope we would be able to see one in 2008 itself. At current form Aussies are unbeatable. Although some other teams manage to beat them, but these are few and far between. So far as championship is concerned Aussies do their home-work properly. They have most number of talented players, whether with bat or with ball or as a fielder. They are strong in physique and fitness. Their fighting capabilities are well-known, Where everyone surrenders, they go on fighting till the last ball. Therefore they are fully filled with championship qualities. No one can match them. So, obviously, to be practical, on current form, they appear to be the safe bet.

Test champions current and foreseeable future,
ICC One day champs, and when they figure out Twenty/20 they will dominate that as well.
As for spying on other countries as someone has answered on this question, you are kidding aren't you, Australia has led the world in training techniques for cricket as well as coaching and team structure on and off, academies and the reason why there are numerous Aussie's coaching other national teams.

If you are talking about next world cup, since it is to be held after a lapse of nearlhy 4 years, nothing can be predicted at this stage as no one knows at this stage what will be swtrength of different teams by that time.
