I'll give you an example of what I'm talking about: Summerslam 1990 Hogan vs Earthquake--Hogan kicked out after the Earthquake splash. What was surprising is how he did it. While Earthquake (who weighed 468lbs) was sitting on his chest, Hogan tossed him off as if he was light as a feather.

Another kickout that really surprised me happened during Survivor Series 1991 (I think that was the year). It was Undertakers team vs Yokozuna's team. Yokozuna had just hit his Bonzai drop on Undertaker and went to do it a 2nd time but Undertaker sat up and then proceeded to knock Yokozuna out of the ring.

Anyway, after reading my examples, I hope you understand what I'm asking. What kickouts surprised you the most and why?

I was really surprised when Kane kicked out of the Tombstone Piledriver twice. That was something like shocking to me and i knew that Kane at that time was awesome
why:well,it is hard for all of them to kick out of The Tombstone and a very few wrestlers in history has done it..

also when Kurt Angle kicked out of the Diving Headbutt at Royal Rumble 2003..i thought that Benoit was about to grab the victory after an epic match..
why:cause i thought that Benoit had the match and i said "Oh my..." when Angle kicked out...

Plus,at The Undertaker vs Mankind Hell in a Cell 1998 King of the Ring it was not actually a pin and a kick out but i was 99% sure that Mankind was ready to go back to recieve medical attention or even going into hospital..I was shocked the first time...but in the second one(after the chokeslam) i said this guy is freakin' crazy...
why:The pictures or videos speak 1000 words...

and much more that not coming through mu mind now..
but great question..

Sid kicked out of Hogan's leg drop at the end of Wrestlemania 8. It wasn't planned, Sid was going to be suspended or fired the next day, and no one had ever kicked out of the leg drop before!
