It isn't necessarily "common" but it is indeed normal. Lots of people have that problem at some point. It's really no big deal. I suggest you just read about it as much as you can & talk to people. Lots of trans-gender individuals can answer your questions from their experiences, as can people who haven't changed gender but have thought about it. There's nothing wrong with asking questions.

I never went through a gender confusion faze but I imagine it's not unheard of. Many people go through a faze where they're confused about their sexuality. I guess the same concept could apply here.

I don't know about a gender confusion phase being common but we all at some point in our lives wonder how it would be like to be the opposite sex.

form of. i comprehend i'm no longer transsexual, so i do no longer rather war with that, and it is not any longer a pressing, on a regular basis element, yet I do usually revisit my own emotions approximately my gender and notably my gender presentation . . . i'm extremely perplexed on no count number if i'm a clumsy femme, a butch who hasn't come into her own, a bisexual dude in a woman's physique, some thing in between . . . and it does not help that i at the instant found out that I rather have extra advantageous testosterone tiers, which makes me ask your self how a lot of my own character is me, and how a lot is because of my hormones. So yeah, i think you may desire to assert i'm.

yep, lots of people will question their gender or wonder what it's like to be the other gender, just as many will be unsure of their sexuality (but may not say it).
it's just when it isn't just a phase, and never was a phase in the first place, that you need to worry.
take care

I don't think that is something most people experience.there may be more young people who have issues with their sexuality, rather than gender. however, don't make any decisions you will regret later.get info from people with experience, ask lots of questions.

I never knew anyone personally who's gone through it but maybe they have and they're like me and keep it to themselves...because it can be too confusing to explain.

I don't think that's common. I never went through it and no one I know went through it.
