Having larger balls certainly gives one the capability to produce more sperm cells, but it does not necessarily mean he will have a larger ejaculation. There are many other factors to take into consideration, such as the amount of seminal fluid he produces and how often and recently he has ejaculated.
Most men, with either small or large balls produce a "load" that is around the average listed by the previous answerer.
