If you are insinuating the U.S. was responsible, then NO.
Which revision of Loose Change are you watching? I believe number three is out now (or very soon). Their bogus claims keep getting debunked by actual facts, which forces them back to the revision board.
If you were floored to watch Loose Change, you will be really floored when you find out all of their false claims can be refuted with actual facts.

Yes! It absolutely was!

19 Islamic immigrants, some of them illegal, entered the U.S. with the aid of foreign terrorists and possibly foreign government help.
They CONSPIRED to hijack commercial aircraft and fly them into high value targets around the U.S.

That was the only "Conspiracy".

Of course it was a government conspiracy. Hell, the PNAC even wrote in their handbook that they needed a new Pearl Harbor to kick-start their agenda. 9-11 is the most obvious and blatant conspiracy in the history of America. The facts don't lie, only the ruling elite and their propagandists do. Interestingly, one cannot post a question about the 9-11 conspiracy on YA without the propagandists coming out of the woodwork to respond. This can only indicate that the ruling elite are working overtime to squash any momentum for a new (AND INDEPENDENT) investigation. The ruling elite are scared crapless!

Conspiracy is a realty not a theory. Our
nation's history is packed so full of conspiracies
that it is utterly ridiculous to pretend that they
don't exist. In fact, many people go to prison
every year convicted of conspiracy (most of them
Republicans). The Bush cabal hardly goes a week
without being involved in some type of conspiracy. The
U.S. Attorney's purge immediately comes to mind but
the entire push for war against Iran is a conspiracy.
Iran possessing nuclear weapons is hardly the real
issue. Obviously, Iran couldn't use a nuclear weapon
without ensuring their own destruction
by a much superior, rogue nuclear force -- the U.S.
The issue regarding Iran is one of imperialist
domination. The U.S. has targeted much of the Middle
East for its own imperialist interests.
Were Iran to develop nuclear weapons it would ensure
that Iran would not be subject to that imperialist
domination.

Other recent conspiracies of note include the Enron
conspiracy and the Jack Abramoff scandal. Both of
which involved members of the Bush cabal. Among the
most well-known recent conspiracies are the
2000 election, 9-11 (9-11 is a conspiracy even if the
government's account is taken at face value -- which,
of course, it shouldn't be), Iraq has weapons of mass
destruction, the 2004 election, Iran contra, CIA
introducing crack cocaine into the impoverished Black
neighborhoods of Los Angeles, Watergate, the Watergate
cover-up, the Savings and Loan scandal, Gulf of Tonkin
(never happened), the JFK assassination, the JFK
assassination cover-up Cointelpro, MKULTRA, Roosevelt
encouraged the attack on Pearl Harbor and knew the
Japanese were coming, Nixon/Kissinger involvement in
the overthrow of Salvadore Allende and installation of
Pinochet, Kermit Roosevelt and the overthrow of Iran's
democratically elected leader Mohammed Mossadeq, the
creation of the Federal Reserve(a private entity
created and organized under tremendous secrecy
designed to enrich a handful of bankers), the Robber
Baron's and their accumulation of great wealth by
conspiring with politicians to loot the treasury
during the building of the railroad. Other, long
forgotten conspiracies include the Credit Mobilier
Scandal and the Teapot Dome scandal. And I'm sure
there are many, many more.

Additionally, a 9-11 type of false-flag terrorism
event was previously planned in the the U.S.

Operation Northwoods, or Northwoods, was a 1962 plan by the US Department of Defense to cause acts of simulated or
real terrorism and violence on US soil or against US
interests, blamed on Cuba, in order to generate U.S.
public support for military action against the Cuban
government of Fidel Castro.
