Um... I don't like the name Kesse, especially since it's pronouced "Kissy". Well be cute when she's a little girl, but when she's older people will tease her. Profesionaly, it'll be hard to take someone seriously if they're name is "Kesse".
I don't like Conlin or Finn. Try Connor. Connor James and Liam Finn is nice for a set of twins, or if you must: Conlin James and Liam Finn.
Cleo is lovely. Cleo immediately reminds me of that famous Egyptian queen Cleopatra. What a compliment :) Cleo Grace and Monica Skye is nice. Cleo Grace and Katrina Rose is also nice.
Good luck choosing a perfect name for the twins! (But stay away from Kesse)

First of all the good news on the name Finn it's a Gaelic unisex name that means fair. For the name Kesse I would say it as Kessie not Kissy; the kids at school may taunt her.

I like Cleo, but I think that Conlin (do you mean Colin?), Finn and Kesse will be pronouced or be spelled wrong. If you chose those names I would suggest changing the spelling or using similar names instead.

Good on the little boys names. Both respectable. You need to work on the girls choices a little more I think. Definitely don't do "Kissy" to a little girl. I'm KRISSY and that was hard enough to stave off dumb blonde imagery.
As for middle names on the boys... how about...
Conlin Pace
Finn Cordel
I don't know your last name, so it makes that a little harder to guess. When are the babies due?

Kesse is awful, sorry but no one will pronounce it correctly. That sucks and I know because my name is not spelled so as anyone can pronounce it.
I don't like Cleo either, reminds me of a cat--Pinnocio's cat.
As to the boys, Finn is not a strong name, it is way too girlie
Colin is nice and strong but overused.
Sorry, I know thumbs down for me but to each his own.
That is just my opinion.
I like Jackson Edward for a boy
and Gracie Ann for a girl.

I have a little girl we named her Jaelyn Elizabeth. other names i like for a girl are Camilla, Arabella, Yasmin, my friend named her little girl keagan I dont care for it . as for a boy i'm not very original I plan to name him marc ( after my daddy he passed away 2 years ago) my husband's names is Baldemar and no one ever pronounces it right even though it is exactly as it is spelled still he gets called many different things and if you tell it to someone you how do you spell that(not so bad for an adult but hard on a small child remember kids can be cruel) I like the name Dallas for a boy or Drake
