Hi there. I wish to sue some one in a another contry (USA) can i do so? i Live IN NZ and told that Suing is not possible.

File a complaint in New Zealand and the summons must be served to someone in the US if there is a valid complaint as acceptable under the rules of International Law and Civil Laws.

Yes, you can indeed sue someone in another country. You won't be able to enforce the judgment, under most circumstances, but it can indeed be done.

Yes, it is possible, but it is very complicated and expensive and usually only done for very serious things.
