I am really surprised that when my man has to dress the baby, well pretty much every day, he always matches and looks well put together. Does your man do the same?

ROFLOLOL!!!
If I don't lay the clothes out, God knows what he will put on her!

What's worse- when the outfits are backwards- the snaps in the front or unsnapped at the bottom because he cannot figure them out!

I drew him a diagram on how to snap jammies as a joke and taped it over her changing table when I returned back to work (he cares for her days and I work and then he works nights).

Too funny!

He does better than I do since I will gladly just throw a long sleeved onesie on and a pair of pants and whatever socks I grab. He'll color co-ordinate everything and then complain if I don't have the color socks he wanted clean LOL. He even does the layers with the long sleeved onesie, and a t-shirt or vest. He looks cute but then hubby isn't home when I have to peel all those layers off because he spit up all his formula all over himself LOL.

He tries, but most of the time it doesn't match. He'll get pink pants with a pink shirt, but it will be a totally different shad of pink! I think he probably could if he really tried. He thinks they're cute no matter what they wear, and I guess he thinks everyone else will, too. So I'm pretty much in charge of choosing outfits (I usually do it the night before to save time).

Oddly enough - my husband does the same, and did from day one. He dresses our daughter better than I do sometimes! I think a lot of dads want to show off a bit - make their kids look good. Not a problem for me - if he wants to wrestle the clothes on, be my guest! :-)

After 4 kids, I'm lucky if *I* get the clothes to match most days! I'm much more concerned that they have clean clothes than if they match. :-)

But, yes, DH does a pretty good job. I mean, afterall, he dresses HIMSELF and matches every day!

My husband rarely dressed my son as an infant. Now, he lets my son pick out outfits. They sort of match. Usually, I may let my son pick the shirt, and I pick the pants, that way I know he matches.

The only thing my boyfriend has put on our son is a onesie or a sleeper. I know that when he has to get him dressed he won't match though

When he dresses our little girl, she always looks like a well dressed fashion diva.

But that's only because I lay her outfits out for him! :) He's colorblind...I'm surprised he can dress himself in matching clothes sometimes! :)

Yes, because I always pick it out:) Every once in a while I won't pick it out and he will just get to of the same colors...like a pink onsie and pink pants.

well my boyfriend will dress my son but i always pick the clothes out. it is great fun though to watch him try to dress my son. i usually do it so we can leave sooner, but it takes so long! and my son trys to help and you can see him trying to almost explain to my bf how to do it! so the bf doesn't usually do it but he likes to dress my son as long as a diaper isn't involved. which doesn't bother me because i change so many diapers i don't even think about it anymore.
