hah actually i do...for some reason i just do...and the servings sizes are stupid, one serving for me is like 5 of what it says
like fig neutons for example (i dont like em there just a good example) the serving size is liek 2 or 3 cookies...who the hell gets full off of 2 cookies???
same with most energy drinks, thers usually 2-2.5 servings in one can but takes alot more then that to have an effect on me =\ *shrugs*

Yes. If you dont read the serving size then all the nutrition information has no meaning.

I do read about the serving size, but you have to remember one size DOES NOT fit all.

LOL, have you ever read the serving size for ramen soup. It's 2 per cup. No way. I could eat that thing so fast.
