Homemade bubble blowers?

Does anyone have any clever ideas on how to make bubble blowers, i need heaps for a birthday party.

I've thought of pipe cleaners and that's as far as i've got :)

Hangers make big ones, even straws work well - dip the end in the soap & blow. A toilet paper tube wrapped in foil or even maybe foil rolled up & shaped into a blower.
