My sister wants to know. She will have her baby on Tues. and doesn't know where to get one of those tiny pink bows that all baby girls wear in their newborn photos. Strange question, right? But we just have boys so far so I don't know what to tell her! lol thanks.

The hospital I was at did not provide them. I went out and bought my own. Check with your hospital. Every hospital is different and the hospital may or may not.

No you will not be provided with a bow for pictures. The hospital provides diapers and formula and other necessities but, if you have a certain outfit you have picked for photos you take that. You can find the headband bow's for babies anywhere that sales baby items. Even Wal-Mart sales them. They usually come in a pack of 2. Congratulations on the new arrival little girls are so much more fun to shop for.

Where I live in Australia the hospitals don't supply anything anymore, not nappies, baby bath let alone bows and hats and stuff. Maybe she should just ring them up to find out for sure. Also our hospital photographers only come on certain days and they don't' supply anything but a baby blanket if you're lucky. And congratulations on a girl in the family I had 4 girls then got my boy a year ago. They are all terrific whatever the gender. Best of luck.

The hospital will not choose what your sister's baby wears for her pictures. She will get that wonderful privledge, and you can buy an bow at any store that carries baby clothes, target, walmart, babies r us, etc. If she is born with out hair, you can get a bow headband, if she has hair you can use one of the clips. It will be PRECIOUS!

I have 2 girls, and both times when they brought the baby to me after being in the nursery, they had the little ribbons in the hair.. So if she wants she can bring a headband and cute outfit to put on the baby, and they will put that on the baby for the newborn photo. It's up to you.

My hospital did not provide the bows. I bought one of the tiny velcro kind at Dillard's. They come in a set of pink, white, green, and blue (soft baby colors). Good luck to your sister!

Most hospitals do not, but you can get one practically anywhere, I know this might be a little bit strange, but I saw the cutest baby bows at Wal Mart...

I'm expecting a baby boy, so personally I do not know, I think it depends on the hospital, but I do know of a website that has gorgeous bows and hairbands, think you might be interested and its all handmade, have alook around the website your sister may find something she loves on there. I know if I have a lil girl I'm definately getting some:)

The hospitals around me do not give out bows they just give out hats. However, you can purchase those bows at Walmart on their accessories rack in the middle of the baby clothes!
