Thats hard to say, you have to get an old timer for that. I vaguely remember jack lambert playing. I was nine when he retired so i didnt really comprehend much of his prime years. Ray Lewis, ive seen what he can do so by default, i say Lewis.

Not even a contest. Lambert was one of the top 5 MLB's to ever play the game. He was almost unblockable, could get deep down field on pass coverage, was a merciless tackler & could change the nature of the game by himself. Also, when you consider that he was one of the most explosive hitters ever & he never weighed more than 218 lbs. Lewis should be in jail, period.

Lambert. His mutiple Superbowl rings are proof of that. He played on the greatest defense of all time. The numbers don't lie.

between the 2 i'll take ray. i have watched both play and ray has changed the outcome of games by himself. jack was great as well but his surrounding cast made him great. neither one can be close to the real LT
