For me, it was the part where the girl fell down after seeing the milk man get eaten by killer shrews (mice)and her eyes were all round and bugging out- i couldn't stop laughing. How bout you? movie was called "attack of the killer shrews."

I saw a movie back in the 60's called The Undertaker and His Pals. It was about an undertaker and his friends that owned a diner. Business was slow at both places, so they concocted a plan where they would kill people, and then the undertaker got the funeral business while the diner served the meat of the people they killed.
It was very campy and the special effects weren't very good. For example, they were looking through the phone book for someone to kill and found the name Mary Lamb. So, they went and killed her and cut off her legs. The undertaker did the funeral and the diner served leg of lamb that weekend. Another victim was Susan Chicken (or something dumb like that). They cut off her breasts and ... well, you get the idea.

I roll my eyes with the aid of many horror movies. There was a movie on the Sci Fi channel a while back....wait a minute all movies like that on Sci Fi are like that. haha But one I am thinking of now is I believe it was called Birds or Crows or something like that. It must have been that great I did not even remember the title. There is a scene where a woman is getting her eyes pecked out and I well..laughed.

Evil Dead, when the girl is being raped by a tree. All I could think of was the splinters would hurt. After that thought, I started giggling and couldn't stop for half an hour.

Me and a huge group of friends went and saw Hostel in theaters and right after the girl jumps infront of the train my friend Tony went "What Happened" but said it without saying the T in what and said it high pitched so it sounded kinda like "Wha Haaapend?" Everyone behind us started laughing.

normally, i dont freak out when people get eatem by zombies ans stuff. its just blood...
but a guy at school started crying cos we had to take out the eye of a fish for disection in biology. lol.
