have a problem where I AM to nice and sweet and understanding.
I've always had people want to be my friend but then drain me with their problems.
I do well handling the antics of my female friends but my two exBF have really messed me up this year.
they both want to stay friends.
but I have decided to CUT them out of my life FORVER.
bf 1= Long term BF for several years. last year he ended up hitting me/cheating on me and blame dme for his actions. he used guilt and threats of retaliation fo rme to keep cooking/cleaning and helping him. Finally I moved 100 miles away even though it wipe dme out financially (im 31 and now only have 155k in home equity and zero savings)
He has kept sending me email/came ot my house and wont leave me alone. I threatened the police on him and he said he would destory me.My 2nd BF lasted 5 months. Seemed great at 1st. But he lost his job, started drinking/overeating and speeding in his car. Blames eveyone else for his problems Begs me to stay friends

they are both highly educated brilliatn but utterly selofish and effed in the head men.
My 1st BF is nearly 40 years old and the second one is 34 yrs old.
So they will never improve.
I think I need to never let them contact me again and maybe change my name and move far away ........ Best plan ?

Threats are no good unless you follow through. Get the Police involved.
Also, ask yourself why you tend to attract these type of guys. Then stop doing it.

Do not be afraid to call the police or to go to the station and make a report.
You should do that everytime any of them bother you.
Keep notes on when they contact you and what threats they make.
Change your email address, your house address, your phone number, maby even your name.
Get a dog or two. Get a security system.
Get a roommate. Get a bodyguard. Get
that stun gun/knuckle buster.
I do feel that people like these guys can make your life miserable if they stay around
and you are making the right choice to not
want to even be acquainted to them in any
way. I only hope they will not harm you when you least expect it like a guy did to my sister in law.
They broke up, but he kept seeing her where she worked. He followed her when she didn`t know about it. One day while she was at a girlfriend`s house playing scrabble with her and her kids, he tampered with her car so it would not start,
and when she was leaving and walking to
her car, he shot her 6 times. It was sad that
he could not take no for an answer.

slow things down and take them one at a time.
First, get a restraining order to keep them away from you. Don't run or you will spend the rest of your life running. Since you picked both men, I wonder if you need to develop your own self esteem as well. I will give you a site you can look over for that.
Next, one good way to tell more about a person is their handwriting, which has been shown over years to be over 80% accurate as to character traits - good enough - for most purposes.so that before you get into another relationship you can get more of an idea about a person. I will give you a link for that as well. You will be able to tell, for example, whether a person is extravagant or a tightwad, whether they are as emotional as they would lead you to believe and so on.
the only other advice you are doing already I am sure, don't rush into another relationship until you are sure you really know the person is not a jerk. Good luck to you!!

Please!!! call the police do not play with you're life make a police report so if something hap pend to you the police no who to look for. sweetheart being highly and brilliant have not thing to do with being crazy' you need to move and get far away and next time be more careful in picking you're man wish you luck...

How do you feel about getting a couple rottweillers and a stun gun? I would definately do that and like one person said also get security system.

restraining order, and the best security system you can afford. dont let them rule your life, take control of it.
