Car is parked on the side of the road, another car rides pass and breaks it off, where it is hanging, and the driver glues it back with krazy glue. How long can the glue hold the mirror before it breaks off?

It will be off by the next time you look at the car!

Couple weeks at most, maybe. Or until the first good bump. I doubt the original mirror was held on with glue. If so, it's bond to the car is only as strong as the top layer of paint.

Krazy glue also gets brittle, particularly with exposure to the elements. It should be held on mechanically, with some kind of fastener. Glue isn't going to work for very long, if at all.

Until the temperature changes a few degrees, or the car is moved, whichever comes first.

krazy glue - aka cyanoacrylate (CA or ACC) is brittle, and does not respond well to shear stress such as happens to the difference in thermal expansion between the mirror housing (typically zinc or aluminum die cast) and the car body (typically steel).

Epoxy should last indefinitely if you remove the paint and any plating from the car body and mirror housing. But it will take 24 hours to reach full strength.
