Well i want to do eather pon pom or cheer leading next year i just cant decide wich one is ur personal favorite and why. And if i go for that one what shoudl i do to practice?

Well song leading (pon pom) has more dance in the routines than cheerleading. Personally I found cheerleading to be a lot easier. But song leading is my personal favorite. I really like it because I like to dance and song leading is pretty much all dance execpt for some tumbling in the routines. If you decide to go out for song leading just practice your perouetes (turns) and kicks.

actually, pom-pons are used in some cheerleading routines and maybe in some Dance team routines, but i don't know about it being a seperate thing. But if you want to try cheerleading, perhaps you could practice jumps,splits and maybe basic gymnastics.
