No that wouldn't be a good idea. Babies have poor immune systems, then thrive on routine(even a kinda routine), they like familiar environments, and need a stable home life that's predictable. Traveling that much will not give him any of that and expose him to diseases his little body cannot fight off. You should wait a few years.

I have to agree with Cheri H with making sure the baby's shots are all done, and up to date. Other then that, heck no. But, I wouldn't trust any of the hotels/resorts that provide daycare. I just have this thing against people I don't know watching my child, especially when you hear stories about children being kidnapped and stuff. Maybe I am just a little over protective of my kids. But, as long as you can afford to do it, then do it. And have fun. I have pretty much been all over the world myself, and would love to do it again.

It depends on where and what you are planning on doing. I think that it would be a fun learning experience for your son and he will able to see tons of things. But making sure that he is healthy and not in danger of catching things would be my #1 concern. I would talk to a doctor and ask what their concerns would be and if there are none go for it and have fun. Would you be going with just you and your son? Because if that was the case I think that it would be really risky. If someone else was going...like a guy I think it should be alright.

you can do whatever you want....you're still an idividual. Just make sure you're being a great mother along the way. Seems like it would be a lot of work traveling with a baby, but hey, that's your call. Have fun and be safe.

It depends. At this age, mine was crawling and learning to walk (she walked at 9 months) so she wouldn't sit still for too long. If you child is content with playing while seated, this will make your life easier.
However, if you have a wiggly one like me, we still made a 5 hour flight both ways with relatively no problems. So I say, go ahead.

In the best interest of your "son," who comes first here. I think
it would be a very "bad" idea. Do you think a seven month old
is going to "remember" his travels? If you are "running" with
this child, You can not "hide." <}:-})

I don't think it's a very good idea. 7 months is awfully young for world travel, in my opinion.
