In Final Fantasy 12 what happens after you beat the game?

Do you get to start over with all your stats and weapons/armor or is that it, its over; you have to start over from level 1?
I am capable of beating the game now, but I havent gotten all the espers/items and/or killed all the rare game including The Seer.

No, you can't start over with all your stats, weapons/armor, or items. There is no save after you beat the game. You can either start from your previous save before beating the final bosses, or start a new game.

My 1st playthrough I rushed to beat the game, then I loaded my old save (right before beating the game) and completed the hunts, found all the espers, and got the best weapons.
