i hear people say that some wrestlers like Batista, and Lashley dont have any Mic skills and John Cena only has like 4 moves and some other wrestlers that throw the worst promos ever!
my question is if wrestling is fake and everything is scripted then how can u say Batista sucks on the mic if his lines are given to him, or if john Cena has only 4 moves when the writers tell them what to do in the match?

its fake because of the fighting and story line thats it. there are certain moves that are real, i mean you can fake getting suplexed of a ladder but ya, its about 50-50 real-fake

I am not sure how much of the talking is scripted in the current system. In the old days, it was entirely extemporaneous.

Regardless of whether it is scripted or not, the mic segments are generally one-take live performances. As with a play, some folks have the "presence" to come across well and some are just lousy and have no charisma.

As for the match, the general patterns of the match and the result are scripted, but most of the individual moves are done as the wrestlers go along. What can be done in a match depends on the moves that the two wrestlers are capable of performing. If a wrestler does not know how to do a pile-driver without injuring his opponent, he will not do a pile driver. These moves are learned and practiced in the gym. As with mic skills, some wrestlers quickly pickup a lot of moves and some just stick with the basics.

Some of their lines are written for them while others write their own lines. Being bad on the Mic is about the delivery and lack of charisma. The match results are scripted (who wins) and the wrestlers go through many of the moves in advance and talk each other through the rest of it as they go. Being bad in the ring is connecting on moves you shouldnt, missteps, poor form and so on which causes injuries and also no charisma in the ring- moving like stick in the mud

well saying someone sucks on the mic means they have no charisma on the mic...like batista, lashley, jeff hardy and so on....wrestlers who also suck in ring talent wise is they do the same move in the same order every match...john cena....side slame...5 knuckle shuffle, fu or stfu....thats it....he does it in that order on a daily basis...atleast mix it up a lil or something...wretling is scripted and fake from entrance to exit..the only thing that is real is the moves....

Wrestling is scripted because they are told what to do depending on their abilities,Batista,Lashley and Cena are piss poor wrestlers and haven't gotten far because they aren't trained professionals.

Well i know wrestling really good so let's see the moves and hitting is fake but not always sometimes its real, but they do have Mic skills they do, very professional and real but like i said the injuries are not always real.I do not and would not ever say any of them suck i respect them all for what they do sometimes they put their bodies at risk just to entertain us.I love WWE.

ok first, the punching is fake, but a botched move can hurt people most of the injuries are storylined, but some are real it just depends most of the time there is fake blood, but some wrestlers cut themselves with a razor before a match most importantly- the matches are totally scripted, and the wrestlers know who is going to win before the match starts

who is to win is scripted, what is said on the mike is usually left to the wrestler, the moves they use are decided by the wrestlers during practice and while they are actually in the match.

Some moves are fake and some moves are not. Usually, they act it. (Like remember that sheet of paper Triple H was holding on Raw, what to do, like segments. It's the same for wrestleing matches.

there is a difference of doing your job with passion and just going through the motions that are given....Batista and cena are good examples of wrestlers just going through the motions
