Wrap masking tape around a hairbrush, sticky side out, and rub it all over the coat to pick up fuzz and hair.

Take about a foot-long strip of masking or duct tape and make a loop, sticky side out. Hold this in your hand with outstretched fingers, such that you can dab the tape onto the coat. Turn the tape around to a new sticky part every now and then as it fills with fuzz. Use more tape if it gets completely covered and doesn't stick any more.

Use tape, after all that's what many lint removers are made out of, sticky adhesive

Try using tape. Or if you rub it together the stuff stuck to it sometimes clumps together and it's easy to pick off.
