Meditate. When Edgar Cayce is talking about the Hall of Records what he says should be understood spiritually. As such, if we are talking about the Hall or Records we are also talking about the Akashic records, which the Theosophists teach contain everything that has ever happened.

Frankly, my opinion of Cayce is complex. I do not want to say anything which would suggest I believe he is a fraud because I don't. My respect for him is immense.

On the other hand, I have limited respect for Madame Blavatsky, the first Theosophist who described the Akashic Records, and for Graham Hancock and his associates, who claim to have located the Hall of Records under the Sphinx's paw if only Zahi Hawass will let them dig. I see no reason why Dr. Hawass should. Let's just say even technology sometimes tells you what you want to hear rather than what's true.

Another Spiritual Teacher who claimed direct experience with the Akashic Records was Rudolf Steiner. I have immense respect for him. As well as the philosophy of Anthroposophy, he was the founder of the Waldorf Schools movement (and Nazi Sympathizers burned down his HQ in the twenties so he must have been doing something right). I do not recommend you read and compare him to Cayce. These were two radically different personalities and it often shows that the only thing they have in common sometimes is the desire to uplift the human race. That is why I strongly recommend you consult the Rudolf Steiner Archive which I have linked to in sources. Also try to get your hands on hard copies of some of his books of lectures -- not all of his lectures are available on line and even if they were his followers deserve support ;)

Maybe the Hall of Records will physically open up soon. Maybe not. If you are a scholar you may get access to it. If you are a spiritual person, you may choose the path which will lead you to the Akashic records.

In a way, the internet is The Modern Hall of Records.
You can find ANY information at the strokes of a keyboard.

Isn't it true? What can you not find on internet these days?

So, you don't need to apply for a library card, just apply to your local broadband server!
