We've only been to mars and the moon. nothing yet. I suppose there is a minute chance some of the astronauts may have introduced bacteria to the moon. doubt they would have survived though.

We will know when we get there. So far, none of the automated probes that have landed on Mars has found any cells, just a possibility of water. The Moon likewise, is empty of cells.
As for other planets, forget it.
