Well they are secrets so I haven't quite figured them out yet right?
No really I think the secret is to think outside of yourself and your wants and needs. Life seems much better when you aren't sulking around wining about what you don't have. Help others and you will help yourself.

I think there is no secret to life. Life is what you make of it. plus it's pretty short so make the best of it. you're not here very long at all!! if you live ur life in misery then the secret is life sucks, but if you try to spend every waking moment enjoying life, then you realize that life is a privilage. so take advantage.

in buddhism and hinduism, if my interpretation is correct, they infer that life is an illusion created by our consciousness. i like that theory! there is a saying in buddhism that "emptiness is form, form is emptiness." whilst practising buddhism i had an experience that i could only describe in that way.
another idea from books written by jane roberts, and is said to be channelled information from an entity named seth, is the theory that we are here in this realm ( the universe/human reality) to learn " that we create our own reality". as a spirit we choose where, when and through whom to be born, when how and where we die and all events between, including the negative. it also is about reincarnation. we create our own problems when we are young as issues to be solved and life is an ever creating adventure and learning process. it is the most positive description i have ever read or heard or imagined, about the meaning of life, but one has to read all the books to garner the full meaning of seths ideas. when i try to describe these ideas to anyone they proceed to tear to shreds what i am saying without themselves exploring the whole explanation, so i very rarely tell anyone anymore. i lke these ideas also and they can fit with the illusion theory, because seth is actually describing how the illusion is manifested. if i am interpreting correctly!

Being true to self, refusing to grow up, a healthy lifestyle, good friends, getting laid on a regular basis, getting an all- over body massage at least once or twice a year, good food, good wine, good music, laughter and God! ♥
