This is what I was able to find out, 192 wpm, Natalie Lantos** ,PC, 1998

Since that was 9 yrs ago, it's probably been broken.

I believe the record is in the 200 words per minute range.

I believe the record is well over 200 wpm using a computer with a Dvorak keyboard.
