Interesting. Most of the answers say no. But whats on the floor thats scary? I'm old now, I'm 50. But as a kid I used to, as my old mum told me eat the cats food. And play outside (No computers or Wii). Consequently I'd end up skinned, bleeding and eating food that had been dropped, passed from hand to hand and sometimes of a dodgy origin. I'm still here though, grumpy as ever.
You all worry too much. How else are we to build an immune system? Just don't drink bleach. That stings.

Now I know half these ppl are lying, and I would defiantly eat off the floor at home. I dont know what everyone else's house is like but I keep mine clean.

No, I don't eat food dropped anywhere....unless it's still packaged or something that dirt wont hurt like an apple that can just be washed off.

No, never. Do you know how many people walk on that floor? I do. Too many to be eating off of it. What about you?

i would, i remember some health show studies the '10 second rule' and if you drop a piece of toast on the ground it takes around 25 seconds for it to be contaminated.
so just brush off the dust (dried skin) and dig in....... hehe

Only if I were going to eat it. I would never let someone else get their wee dentures around it. I would hate someone else to do that to me!!! I know what wee nasty things may be lurking on my floors, I'm happy to chomp on stuff that has been there!!!
