You spelled it wrong.
Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is according to the Oxford English Dictionary, "a factitious word alleged to mean 'a lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust found in volcanoes' but occurring chiefly as an instance of a very long word. It was coined to serve as the longest English word. The more general and widely used term for this condition is pneumoconiosis.

Break it down piece by piece:
Pneumonoultra-having to do with the lungs
microscopic-probably referring to microscopic particles
silico-the element silicon or plastic
volcano-volcanic ash
coniosis-a disease caused by dust

And the official definition is just that:
'a lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust found in volcanoes'

It will help you if you learn to figure out large words by yourself by breaking them down into smaller pieces.

Do you mean Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilico volcanoconiosis? (YA cut it off because it was too long, so I put a space in it...) It's a lung disease caused by the fine particles that come from a volcanic eruption.

Otherwise...Something about new one extra great microscopic volcano?
