I doubt anything happened to him; I think that he was a fantasy from the beginning! The listening to too many fairy tales in childhood leads you (or me or anyone) to believe that Prince Charming will ride into your life upon a white charger, sweep you off your feet, and carry you back to his castle/palace where you will both live "happily ever after"! Perhaps some women find such romance in the real world, but to judge from the frequency that marriages end in divorce, those women are as rare as are pure-at-heart princes. For example, consider the real princes of our world; are they charming? Not so much!

an idealized version of what a man is supposed too be.
when in most instances he could be someone you have always seen but never fully realized only because of his appearance.
prince charming lives in many different variations you just have too decide which version you like best.
(this being said from a guy who isn't prince charming but is still a nice guy)

for sure there is not any way that there are any Prince Charmings. i rather have never met one. i'm in order that happy I never have been given married to any of the morons I bumped into. i'm loose to be who i'm. Jesus loves me and He healed me from the creeps that wounded me with their undesirable habit and no guts attitudes. good riddance to undesirable rubbish
