I live in Ohio, and i know someone who is going to bars the same night of the week. He gets plastered drunk and drives home. The same road etc everytime. Should I report him to the police?

if he is a friend, you might try to intervene. or you might show up at that bar to give him a ride home.

if you notify the authorities, and he finds out, you won't have to worry about being his friend any longer.

good question with a tough solution. go with your instinct. you know right from wrong.

I don't care where you live. He is a driving timebomb. Report him, offer to take him to AA, do something. Like Jemark said, he is going to kill some one.

Report him, before he kills someone on the road.

There would be no reason why he would have to know it was you who notified the police either . You may be saving his life.

If you know what bars he is going to warn the bartender, he is liable also.

Yes, if he gets in an accident and kills or injures someone you will be culpable because you knew what he was doing.
