im a 14 year old girl who weighs about 48kgs who one day wants to be a personal trainer i want to start getting abs and bigger muscles now

im wondering if i should try a protein powder drink or something
can you give me advice to work toward my dream job??

Sometimes lifting weights (starting very slowly and working up) are very good for helping to build muscle. I would recommend talking to your doctor as well to see what suggestions they have that can help you reach your goal.
