You should get an apartment. A condo is bigger and nicer but its more for a long term home. But if you would like the style of a condo better then go for it. They may try to weasel you into signing for longer though... Best bet would be an apartment. Its perfect for a college student...:)

I am confused by the same price statement-it really isn't true! If your real question is which should I rent... then that's a different story. I'm guessing that the apartment complex will have more amenities than the condo. It will also be louder. People who own their homes as condos are a bit quieter so if you are serious about studying then the condo is the right choice for you. If you are in college for the social opportunities the apartment is a better choice. See the difference? I hope you choose the condo and do well in your studies. Either way good luck.

I would have to say the apartment, for your case. The prices have been increasing on the dues. Then you must sell your condo afterwards, while we have at least 10 out of 12 condos for sale, still after a whole year.

residences and condos might nicely be good investments, reckoning on the region and in case you opt to stay in an analogous place for the subsequent 15 years.. additionally condos carry "residence costs" this may be everywhere from $50 funds a month to $3 hundred in line with month. you in addition to mght ought to think with regard to the encompassing associates, etc. that's a lot extra good to sell a residence/apt extremely than a conventional residing house merely because of the fact they are so definative. human beings rather ought to like the region, on the grounds which you cant do a lot so a techniques as redesigning is going. a house you have room to knock out a wall or boost a room, no longer in a residence or condominium usually. so a techniques as creating wealth is going, if its in an incredible region that rents out apts and condos alot you may desire to be in some good fortune, yet dont assume to teach this place in 5 twelve months for a 20% income. wont ensue.

Condo's often come with laundry inside, which is a great benefit. Apartments tend to have bigger balconies, and compared to modern condo's around here, more space. Otherwise it's 6 of one... you need to look at each one individually and decide which you like best, whether it be a condo or an apartment.

First of all it's college.. second of all, where is Austrilla? and third of all, condos are usually much more costly than apartments so if you found a really cheap condo you should probably check it out first.

It sounds like you'll be renting the condo or apartment. Check them both out. If you move into a condo with mostly owner occupied it will be a little safer, fewer transients and the owners take care of their places. Apartments don't usually want to put money into upkeep.

Condo, you can build some equity in your home, possibly sell it for more than you bought it for. An apartment, you pay rent and get nothing out of it when you move.

I would choose the safest neighborhood. A cheap condo may be in a bad area.
