The distance between the centers is
d = sqrt((10-2)^2 + (17-2)^2)
= sqrt(64+225) =sqrt(289) = 17

So the closest points are 17 -10 -2 = 5 units
Its the distance between the centers minus the two radii which are 2 and 10.

by means of fact the centre of circle would be above the element (5,0). consequently, x-coordinate would be same i.e., 5. for y-coordinate, the radius is 6. So, y-coordinate would be 6. So the centre is at (5,6)
