Im sending a birthday card to Norway, and optimally would like it to arrive by the 17th. Although, I am afraid I will be sending it out to late, I am sending it off tommorow. If anyone has any info on this it would be greatly appreciated.

4-7 days sent by the normal letter-post. I've received a letter from Norway within 4 days, and have had letters arrive from the US-Norway in 5-7 days.

I got my letters from Norway in 10 days when I lived in Houston, Texas.

In between 1 to 2 weeks by airmail, depending on where you live.

It depends to were in Norway. To Oslo two days to other places in Norway one or two days more.
