I have a Masters degree from AIU online and they are pretty good with getting you set up to take classes online. The only disappointment is that you can not attend graduation inperson, but only attend through online session. The cost of the degree set me back about $30,000, but the finance team will help you get set-up if needed. University of Pheonix is also good because unlike AIU , you can attend classes on campus or online. But, the best place to get a degree online is University of Maryland University College. The name of University of Maryland can go along way. I got my bachelors degree from this school and attended the graduation at Univ. of MD College Park. Because of my degrees, believe it or not, I have worked in good companies and government positions.

Generally, employers don't have much respect for these schools. I can't imagine why a new college student would be too busy for another school, but if you do need to do an on-line program because you have children and a full-time job, or something like that, then look into distance learning programs at many of the traditional colleges. They are far better, and far better-respected, than the commercial schools you mention.
