I've no interest in marriage, but I suppose I would want someone intelligent, conscientious, thoughtful, considerate, ethical, with a love of learning, a quirky sense of humor, a strong sense of fair play, and an interest in ideas.
EDIT
It doesn't require an interest in marriage to know the sorts of people whose company I enjoy... and whose company I could see enjoying for a lifetime.
As for my sub-conscious, let's not go there. I certainly would not be looking for a virgin if I were seeking a relationship or marriage. At my age, seeking a virgin would be rather unrealistic and I really wouldn't want that responsibility again in any event.
EDIT
The "let's not go there" was because I consider talk of unconscious desires to be conceptually muddled, but it would take a lengthy discussion to elaborate that view.

Marry?! Ugh, I don't want to get married ever, but as far as long term relationships go...
* Bright - emotionally and spiritually aware.
* Sexually liberated and positive attitude towards sex, high sex drive.
* Reasonably good looking, got to be attractive to me.
* Comfy in her own skin.
* Similar politics and ideology
* Similar tastes in food (more important than you might think)
* Independent, and self sufficient, not clingy
* Opinionated - can't stand doormats
* Educated or thoughtful, preferably both
* Not weighed down with tons of emotional baggage
* Most Important of all - she is as into me as I am into her.
That's good for starters.

When I think of a grown man wanting a virgin (assuming these are not 15 year old boys responding, which they very well may be) I think....man who is insecure regarding his s*xual performance and/or penis. Why else would you care whether or not a girl was a virgin? I guess maybe extreme jealousy issues?

Guns....apparently you CAN find a woman like that- although she's made of plastic and is manufactured by "Mattel" (check in the doll section of Toys R Us.)
