As long as you are able to deposit your semen in your wife's vagina, she can conceive. You may not be able to satisfy your wife with 3" penis. Then you will have to find out other method for that. If her cycle is regular, the ovulation may take place between 10th and 15 th day from the onset of her period. Have relation every alternative day during this period. Let she lie down for 30 minutes on her back after that. Keep a pillow under her buttock top prevent semen flowing out. She should conceive if nothing else is wrong with you two.

my aunt is a fertility doctor she says as long as the sperm gets down the canal ...try having here lay halfway of the bed with her head on the floor and let gravity do the work plus it's fun;) also i know it sounds funny but as soon as you finish have her stand on here head
